Director, Go-To-Market Technology

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Go-To-Market Technology in the United States.

This role sits at the center of the marketing and sales engine, owning the systems and data that power the entire revenue funnel from first website interaction to qualified opportunity handoff.
You will architect and maintain a tightly integrated GTM tech stack that connects tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Apollo, Chili Piper, Nooks, and Zapier into a seamless, high-performing ecosystem.
With a strong focus on funnel integrity, you will continuously monitor lead flow performance, identify conversion breakdowns, and proactively resolve issues before they impact revenue.
You will lead a team of Marketing Technology Managers while partnering closely with Sales Operations, BDR leadership, and Demand Generation teams.
This is a highly analytical and operational leadership role where precision, ownership, and speed of diagnosis directly influence pipeline quality and business growth.
The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure scalable, reliable GTM operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end GTM funnel architecture, ensuring seamless lead flow from intent capture and website activity through CRM routing, scoring, nurturing, and sales handoff.
  • Monitor funnel performance across regions and segments, proactively identifying conversion drops, routing failures, and data anomalies, and resolving root causes.
  • Lead lead routing strategy and execution, ensuring accurate, automated distribution through tools like Chili Piper and Salesforce.
  • Manage GTM systems integration across platforms such as Apollo, Salesforce, Pardot, Nooks, Zapier, and Chili Piper, ensuring clean data and reliable automation flows.
  • Own lead scoring logic and optimization, continuously refining models based on conversion performance and evolving ICP definitions.
  • Oversee email deliverability infrastructure, including domain reputation, authentication protocols, and compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Lead and develop a team of Marketing Technology Managers across routing, automation, and deliverability functions.
  • Maintain full documentation of GTM architecture, ensuring transparency, scalability, and operational continuity.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Technology, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Deep understanding of lead routing systems (e.g., Chili Piper, LeanData) and funnel architecture design.
  • Experience working with intent data and ABM tools such as Apollo, 6sense, or Bombora, and operationalizing insights in CRM systems.
  • Solid knowledge of email deliverability practices, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain reputation, and inbox placement optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex funnel issues and translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and its application to B2B marketing and outbound processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
  • Self-driven learner who actively tracks GTM technology trends and recommends improvements based on evidence and business impact.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first and flexible working model supporting work-life balance and autonomy
  • Global and diverse work environment with cross-regional collaboration opportunities
  • Annual bonus or incentive scheme eligibility based on role structure
  • Paid bonding leave for new parents
  • Paid charitable days to support causes of personal importance
  • Access to coworking space options depending on location needs
  • Learning and development support through dedicated learning platforms
  • Strong culture of recognition, inclusion, and continuous professional growth.
