This role is focused on ensuring the security, compliance, and proper governance of SAP access environments within complex enterprise systems. The professional will be responsible for managing user access, roles, and authorization structures, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Working in a remote and collaborative environment, the consultant will support business areas in maintaining secure and efficient access processes. The position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure segregation of duties and risk mitigation. It also involves continuous interaction with technical and functional teams to resolve access-related issues. This is a key role for maintaining operational integrity and supporting security best practices across SAP landscapes.

• Manage SAP access administration activities, including creation, maintenance, and release of user profiles according to business and security policies.
• Design and maintain simple and composite roles, ensuring alignment with governance rules and access control standards.
• Support access reviews and adjustments, ensuring compliance and proper segregation of duties (SoD).
• Provide functional support to business users regarding permissions, access issues, and authorization troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and control of all access requests and changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP access governance and security processes.

• Solid experience in SAP access management and user administration.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining SAP profiles and authorization roles (simple and composite).
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts and access governance practices.
• Experience with access provisioning, control, and authorization troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC is highly desirable.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is a plus.
• Understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-demand operational environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
