This role sits at the core of enterprise automation initiatives, driving the design and delivery of scalable RPA solutions that support digital transformation across complex environments. You will act as both a senior developer and technical advisor, bridging business needs with robust automation architectures. Working in a fully remote, international setup, you will collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, production-ready Blue Prism solutions. The position offers high technical ownership, combining hands-on development with architectural and consultative responsibilities. You will contribute to improving automation frameworks, integration capabilities, and governance standards. This is an opportunity to influence end-to-end automation strategy while working on impactful enterprise-level projects.

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade RPA solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across business-critical processes.
• Act as a hybrid professional combining developer, technical lead, and solution architect responsibilities, contributing to design decisions and automation strategy.
• Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Support process assessment, feasibility analysis, and identification of automation opportunities across enterprise systems.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen the organization’s RPA capability.
• Integrate automation solutions with external systems, APIs, OCR tools, and enterprise applications while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation processes and governance practices.

• Strong hands-on experience (5+ years) with Blue Prism in enterprise environments, including Blue Prism certification.
• Solid software development background with strong programming logic and experience in RPA, system integration, and automation projects.
• Experience working with OCR technologies, APIs, databases, and enterprise application integrations.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable technical implementations.
• Experience interacting directly with clients and stakeholders, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Exposure to automation architecture concepts, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML is a plus.
