This is a high-impact commercial role focused on engaging with some of the world’s most innovative go-to-market (GTM) teams and helping them transform their sales execution through a shared methodology and operating system. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building trusted relationships with senior sales and enablement leaders, guiding them through value-driven conversations, and demonstrating how structured sales frameworks can unlock performance at scale. You will act as both a trusted advisor and a top-tier sales performer, operating at the intersection of SaaS, sales methodology, and GTM transformation. You will be responsible for driving new business growth while delivering an exceptional prospect experience and contributing to the evolution of commercial excellence within the organization.
- Own and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to build and maintain a strong qualified pipeline
- Engage and close high-value enterprise deals with GTM leaders, including CROs, CMOs, and sales executives
- Deliver compelling, value-led demonstrations that clearly communicate product impact and business outcomes
- Define and execute quarterly revenue plans to consistently exceed commercial targets
- Act as the voice of the customer and feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer success, onboarding, and adoption outcomes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales methodologies, tools, and internal best practices
- Support the evolution of enablement products and SaaS solutions through structured feedback loops
The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in complex SaaS environments and a passion for modern sales methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive with proven success in closing six-figure deals (minimum $40K ACV)
- Around 6+ years of overall experience in sales or commercial roles
- Experience selling to US-based clients or international enterprise markets
- Strong understanding of MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodologies
- Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive environments
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and ability to thrive in remote environments
- Bonus: experience selling into GTM, revenue, or enablement leaders
