This role focuses on building practical, production-ready AI tools that directly improve how internal teams work across operations, customer success, finance, and other business functions.
You will design and ship AI-powered automations and agents that replace manual workflows with fast, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.
Working at the intersection of engineering and product thinking, you will collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand real operational pain points.
You will rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy internal tools that are immediately adopted and improved based on real-world usage.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role where ownership spans from problem discovery to deployment and iteration.
The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and centered on delivering measurable impact through applied AI systems.
- Design and build internal AI-powered tools, agents, and automations that improve operational efficiency across business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop LLM-based applications such as agents, RAG systems, copilots, and workflow automations integrated into existing business tools.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, Notion, and others.
- Ship production-ready tools quickly, iterate based on user feedback, and ensure high adoption across internal teams.
- Create evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure reliability, safety, and performance of AI-driven features.
- Partner with business teams to understand workflows deeply and continuously improve tools based on real operational needs.
- Contribute to foundational best practices for prompt engineering, AI deployment, and internal tooling standards.
- 1–3 years of experience building software, including backend systems, internal tools, automations, or API-based applications.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript and/or Python with experience shipping production-ready code.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications such as agents, RAG pipelines, copilots, or prompt-based tools.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party SaaS platforms in production environments.
- Strong ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapid iteration cycles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a product-oriented engineering mindset.
- Bonus: experience with orchestration tools (LangChain, Temporal), vector databases, or CRM/ticketing integrations.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience, skills, and location.
- Equity participation through employee stock option programs.
- Flexible work environment with remote-first opportunities.
- Open paid time off and paid parental leave.
- Professional development support and learning opportunities.
- Wellness, home office, and technology stipends.
- Employee referral bonus program.
- Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage (subject to plan eligibility).
