Role Overview
We are seeking a caring and reliable Food Service Worker to support our culinary team in a senior living community. This role is central to creating a positive dining experience for residents and calls for professionalism, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to serving older adults.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will assist with meal service, help prepare and plate food, and support residents during dining. You will keep the dining room, serving stations, and kitchen areas clean and organized, follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and help with setup and cleanup before and after each meal.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working with seniors. You should have a strong customer service mindset, be comfortable standing and moving for the length of your shift, and be willing to follow food safety practices. Prior food service experience is helpful but not required.
