This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing high-quality web content within a fast-paced digital production environment. You will be responsible for assembling and publishing website pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. The position plays a key role in delivering engaging, responsive, and performance-optimized web experiences across multiple devices and audiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content teams to integrate multimedia assets and maintain seamless digital experiences. The environment is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering work efficiently and at scale. This is a hands-on execution role where precision, design awareness, and technical understanding directly impact website quality and user experience.
- Assemble, create, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), leveraging templates, components, and themes to ensure brand consistency.
- Integrate and manage digital content including text, images, videos, and multimedia assets to deliver responsive and engaging web pages.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices such as metadata, keyword optimization, and structured content formatting.
- Manage digital assets within AEM DAM, including uploading, organizing, tagging, and version control of media files.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and unit testing to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to layout, rendering, or functionality within the AEM environment.
- Monitor website performance metrics such as page load speed and user engagement, supporting continuous improvements.
- Ensure responsive web design implementation using CSS, media queries, and best practices for multi-device compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and content stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Stay updated on AEM features, web standards, and industry trends to continuously improve content delivery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content assembly and website management.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and foundational web development concepts.
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, including metadata optimization and content structuring.
- Strong attention to detail with a strong sense of layout, design consistency, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and content-related issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with digital asset management systems is an advantage.
