The role demands strong executive presence, deep fluency in modern media ecosystems, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, persuasive growth strategies. This is a non-quota-carrying strategic leadership role focused on influence, win-rate impact, and long-term business growth.
You will own the strategic development and execution of high-impact pitch and RFP processes, ensuring every pursuit reflects a strong, differentiated point of view and aligns with client business goals. You will act as the central strategic lead across new business opportunities, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and compelling growth narratives.

- Partner with sales and growth leaders to design integrated pursuit strategies and executive-level presentations.
- Direct cross-functional teams including media, creative, analytics, and strategy to build unified recommendations.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies that integrate brand, performance, media, and measurement.
- Translate complex client challenges into clear, insight-driven marketing and growth strategies.

- Maintain deep awareness of evolving media landscapes, platforms, and consumer trends.

- Represent a strong point of view on modern marketing and growth strategy both internally and externally.
You bring extensive experience in media strategy, integrated marketing, or growth-focused consulting within agency or marketing environments, along with a proven track record of leading successful enterprise-level pitches. You combine strategic rigor with exceptional storytelling ability and executive presence, thriving in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.
- 10–12+ years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, integrated marketing, or agency growth roles.
- Proven success leading pitch and RFP strategy for enterprise-level clients.
- Deep expertise across modern media channels, including digital, social, CTV, retail media, and AI-enabled marketing.
- Strong ability to design full-funnel, omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to connect media and marketing strategies to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills in high-pressure environments.
