You will lead the strategic direction of pitches and RFP responses, ensuring every proposal is differentiated, compelling, and tightly aligned with client business objectives. Working across cross-functional teams, you will bring together media, creative, analytics, and strategy experts to build unified, full-funnel marketing narratives. The role demands strong executive presence, deep fluency in modern media ecosystems, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, persuasive growth strategies. You will operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments where creativity, rigor, and commercial impact intersect. This is a non-quota-carrying strategic leadership role focused on influence, win-rate impact, and long-term business growth.

Accountabilities:

You will own the strategic development and execution of high-impact pitch and RFP processes, ensuring every pursuit reflects a strong, differentiated point of view and aligns with client business goals. You will act as the central strategic lead across new business opportunities, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and compelling growth narratives.

  • Lead pitch and RFP strategy across major new business pursuits, ensuring strong positioning and persuasive storytelling.
  • Partner with sales and growth leaders to design integrated pursuit strategies and executive-level presentations.
  • Direct cross-functional teams including media, creative, analytics, and strategy to build unified recommendations.
  • Develop full-funnel marketing strategies that integrate brand, performance, media, and measurement.
  • Translate complex client challenges into clear, insight-driven marketing and growth strategies.
  • Embed creative thinking into media strategy to ensure culturally relevant and performance-driven solutions.
  • Maintain deep awareness of evolving media landscapes, platforms, and consumer trends.
  • Contribute to the evolution of pitch frameworks, go-to-market strategies, and strategic storytelling approaches.
  • Represent a strong point of view on modern marketing and growth strategy both internally and externally.
Requirements:

You bring extensive experience in media strategy, integrated marketing, or growth-focused consulting within agency or marketing environments, along with a proven track record of leading successful enterprise-level pitches. You combine strategic rigor with exceptional storytelling ability and executive presence, thriving in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.

  • 10–12+ years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, integrated marketing, or agency growth roles.
  • Proven success leading pitch and RFP strategy for enterprise-level clients.
  • Deep expertise across modern media channels, including digital, social, CTV, retail media, and AI-enabled marketing.
  • Strong ability to design full-funnel, omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to connect media and marketing strategies to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Deep understanding of the role of creative in driving marketing effectiveness.
  • High business acumen with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
