VP, GTM Programs and Experiences

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP, GTM Programs and Experiences in the United States.

This senior executive role defines and drives the orchestration of go-to-market programs and experiences across the full commercial funnel, from new logo acquisition through customer expansion and retention. You will own the strategy and execution of a comprehensive global event and program portfolio, including flagship conferences, field events, partner activations, and internal company experiences. Acting as a central integrator across marketing, sales, product marketing, ABX, and customer experience teams, you will ensure every function operates in alignment with a unified growth strategy. A key focus of the role is owning a flagship annual conference as both a brand-defining moment and a commercial growth engine. You will also build and lead cross-functional governance through a growth council, ensuring accountability and execution discipline across all initiatives. This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment where events and programs directly influence pipeline, retention, and expansion outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, orchestration, and execution of the full GTM programs and experiences portfolio, including events, campaigns, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Lead the planning, production, and performance of a flagship annual conference, ensuring alignment with commercial goals, narrative strategy, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Manage the full event portfolio, including field events, trade shows, partner activations, regional programs, and internal company experiences, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Chair a cross-functional growth council and drive alignment across marketing, sales, product marketing, ABX, and customer experience teams.
  • Build and maintain a unified program calendar that integrates demand generation, account-based marketing, client expansion, and event-driven motions.
  • Own program and event P&L, ensuring efficient budget allocation, ROI measurement, and performance optimization across all initiatives.
  • Translate funnel performance data and GTM insights into actionable program decisions in partnership with analytics and systems teams.
  • Lead vendor, agency, and partner relationships, ensuring high execution standards and strategic alignment across all external collaborators.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team responsible for GTM programs and event execution.
  • Ensure client expansion and retention programs are fully integrated into the broader GTM motion and program calendar.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ years leading integrated GTM programs, demand generation, or events functions at scale.
  • Proven ownership of large-scale flagship conferences or enterprise-level B2B event portfolios, including strategy, execution, and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong experience building and orchestrating cross-functional marketing programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with influence across senior leadership without direct authority over all execution teams.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, performance analysis, and data-driven marketing decision-making.
  • Experience designing integrated demand generation and client expansion programs from the ground up.
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading high-visibility initiatives.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong program management discipline with the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded initiatives.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $230,000 to $250,000.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Flexible PTO policy plus 12 paid holidays.
  • Paid sick leave and paid parental and family leave.
  • Lifestyle spending account and cell phone stipend.
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.
  • Remote-friendly, flexible work environment within a high-growth SaaS organization.
  • Opportunity to own flagship, high-impact programs that directly influence company growth and customer engagement.
