  • 8–10 years of experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, PK/PD modeling, or related quantitative disciplines
  • Strong expertise in population PK, PK/PD, exposure-response modeling, and mechanistic or semi-mechanistic modeling approaches
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software such as NONMEM and R, along with strong statistical and programming capabilities
  • Experience in clinical drug development, including trial design, execution, and regulatory support activities
  • Proven ability to apply model-informed drug development approaches in both industry and consulting environments
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in multidisciplinary and client-facing settings
  • Experience in consulting or cross-company project environments is highly desirable
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact global drug development programs across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Strong exposure to advanced model-informed drug development methodologies and cutting-edge scientific approaches
  • Collaborative, expert-driven environment with access to senior scientists and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexible working arrangements and international exposure
  • Continuous learning opportunities and support for scientific and professional development
  • Possibility to lead initiatives in methodology, innovation, and operational excellence
