You will focus on identifying and engaging independent game publishers to generate new business opportunities and build a strong outbound sales pipeline. The position is highly proactive and outreach-heavy, relying on cold calling, email engagement, and continuous prospecting to uncover potential indie advertising partners. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment where persistence, curiosity, and communication skills directly impact results. The role offers hands-on exposure to digital advertising sales, sponsorship models, and media partnerships within the gaming and entertainment ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of indie advertising prospects through high-volume outbound sales activities, including:
- Conducting cold calls, email outreach, and independent research to identify and engage indie game publishers and potential advertisers.
- Qualifying leads and assessing opportunity fit for sponsorship packages, media placements, and broader advertising programs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with indie developers through consistent follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Supporting the sales process by passing qualified opportunities to senior sales teams for larger or more complex deals.
- Staying informed on indie gaming trends, new releases, and emerging studios to uncover new partnership opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate tracking of outreach activities and lead progress using CRM tools and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for outreach-driven sales environments:
- Strong interest in gaming, entertainment, technology, or pop culture (highly preferred).
- Ability to manage high-volume outbound activity, including calls, emails, and prospecting efforts on a daily basis.
