What You'll Do

You'll operate and monitor food production machinery, keep detailed logs, and catch problems before they become problems. You'll work with your team to hit production targets, perform routine maintenance checks, and follow food safety protocols that protect every batch we make. When something needs adjusting, you'll troubleshoot and communicate with maintenance—you're part of the backbone of what we do.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating food production equipment (preferred, but we'll train the right person)
• Ability to read gauges, understand production specs, and follow procedures precisely
• Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to work the hours and shifts the plant needs
• A team player who shows up on time and ready to work
