KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
