Operations Analyst in Crane, Indiana at TRISTAR

TRISTAR is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will support our government customer at NSWC Crane. This is an on-site position requiring the selected candidate to work on base five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to the Gov customer based on their specific metrics.
• Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion.
• Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests.
• Assist with scheduling Battlegroup assessments.
• Assist with daily Fleet Support meetings.
• Review documents for proper formatting.

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Prior Navy experience is a plus.
• CAMP or PMP is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree or higher.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
