POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of the crew payroll function. This role will lead the interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement as it relates to crew pay. Establish and drive process excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Accounting, Finance, data analytics or business majors preferred
- 3-5 years of experience working in a complex environment utilizing analytical capabilities
- 3-5 years of payroll experience
- Strong analytical, research and technical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail oriented and able to handle numerous assignments
- 3-5 years of experience working with ADP Workforce Now
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to learn customized systems (AIMS)
- Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and processes
- Working knowledge of computer programs – particularly MS Excel –Word – PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job requires no supervisory responsibilities. May be required to train and assist other employees.
TRAVEL:
May be required to travel domestically or internationally on occasion.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
The employee must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, be able to effectively present information, respond to questions from managers, employees, vendors, and the general public, and proficiently write reports and business correspondence.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally for office supplies and equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in an office environment. Travel and overtime are required when necessary.
