Job Description
Northern Primrose is looking for an Entry Level VEA to start in October 2026. We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, communicate clearly, and grow through feedback. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable supporting fast-moving clients with professionalism and care.If you live in Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick or Newfoundland, this role may be for you!Availability: Must be available to work an 8-hour shift within the 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time window.Must work 40 hours per week, excluding breaks, to qualify for benefits.Write your application in your own voice. You’ll support clients and internal operations across a range of administrative, organizational, and process-driven work.
Client Support
- Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization
- Support meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
- Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation
- Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination
- Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams
- Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation
- Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
- Participate in training and ongoing development
- Resilient and steady when priorities shift
- Open to feedback and quick to apply it
- Teachable, curious, and motivated to grow
- Accountable, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
- Professional, thoughtful, and trusted with confidential information
- Experience in administration, operations, customer service, or similar work
- Strong technical comfort and confidence in learning new systems
- Remote work and multi-client experience are assets
- ClickUp experience is a bonus
- A business or administration certificate or diploma is helpful, but not required

- $47,840 annually (with a structured four-level growth path within the company)
