About the Role:
The Physician Recruitment Lead Generation Specialist identifies and engages prospective physician talent and facilitates progression of qualified candidates into the interview process. The role supports TeleSpecialists’ physician staffing needs by maintaining effective sourcing channels, recruitment workflows, candidate data, and lead-generation campaigns while representing the medical staff with a high level of professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain physician job board postings.
- Increase recruitment from existing sources, including internal referrals, professional societies, the TeleSpecialists website, and physician training programs.
- Monitor and grow visibility on LinkedIn, X, Doximity, and other social media platforms.
- Identify and establish a recruitment process for physicians at the residency and fellowship stages.
- Maintain a structured physician recruitment workflow from lead generation through contracting.
- Maintain the physician recruitment CRM (Salesforce) for recruitment, interviewing, and contracting processes.
- Monitor and improve the physician candidate screening process.
- Streamline the processing of qualified candidates to decrease the time from inquiry to interview.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Strategy Division to create effective lead-generation tools that represent the benefits of joining the TeleSpecialists medical staff.
- Drive awareness of and interest in the TeleSpecialists medical staff by collaborating with and managing relationships with outside digital media vendors, physician job boards, agencies, industry conferences, and other creative resources.
- Craft and maintain a calendar of digital and direct marketing campaigns designed to capture qualified physicians.
- Create reports and monitor benchmarks and KPIs for recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with department heads across the organization to meet staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, lead generation, sales, business development, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce CRM, a similar applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate databases required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required.

- Occasionally positions self to maintain files in cabinets or access equipment stored in low or high areas.
- Requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, and viewing a computer monitor for extended periods.
