- Assist with aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and component installations under direct supervision.
- Learn to troubleshoot and service aircraft mechanical, electrical, and functional systems.
- Gain experience working on airframes, engines, landing gear, flight controls, and aircraft components.
- Support quality and safety standards while following FAA and company requirements.
- Complete work orders, documentation, and shift turnover information accurately and on time.
- Work with team members across multiple departments to support aircraft maintenance activities.
- Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and ground support systems.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas using Lean and 6S practices.
- Develop knowledge of aviation regulations, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Passion for aviation and a desire to build a career in aircraft maintenance.
- Prior aviation, mechanical, electrical, automotive, military, or technical experience is helpful.
- Candidates actively pursuing an A&P License are preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, work safely, and pay close attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality.

- Gain experience and knowledge in the maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical systems .
- Learn skills related to the repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical and functional components of the aircraft including airframes, engine components, landing gear, electrical components, and control systems .
- Coordinate with inspection to ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements .
- Properly complete work order sign-offs, shift turnovers, and other paperwork in a timely manner .
- Ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and specifications .
- Properly identify (tag) customer property and equipment. Store aircraft components and other customer property securely and safely .
- Follow standard operating procedures and JSAs when operating ground support equipment .
- Operate and oversee use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components .
- Coordinate with other departments to arrange for the overhaul or repair of customer property as needed .
- Apply 6S and Lean Initiatives to keep shops, hangars, and aircraft work areas clean .
- Properly use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment .
- Assist with the movement of aircraft, as required. .
- Develop knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, and company policies and procedures .
