Over time, you’ll expand into a strategic analytics partner for Customer Success and broader revenue operations.

- Define and maintain data hygiene standards, field definitions, governance processes, and documentation to establish a trusted source of truth across the organization.
- Build and maintain reusable data models, datasets, and pipelines that enable consistent and scalable reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools for Sales and executive stakeholders.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable, actionable analytics solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in data and reporting workflows and recommend improvements to data architecture, tools, processes, and governance.
- Support Customer Success analytics over time, including reporting, customer health scores, renewal analysis, churn, retention, and ad-hoc business analysis.
- Train stakeholders on dashboards, data definitions, and best practices for interpreting and using analytics.
- Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve efficiency, quality, analysis, and decision-making while maintaining professional oversight of outputs.
- 3–5 years of experience in data, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or a related function, ideally supporting Sales, GTM, or Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated experience owning data quality, validation, hygiene, or governance processes as a core responsibility.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate their needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset, with the discipline to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver against tight timelines in a fast-moving environment.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools as part of day-to-day work to improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted tools while applying sound professional judgment and accountability for results.
