DESCRIPTION

• Document management, project tracking, information consolidation, and monitoring of actions implemented by suppliers.​
• Preparation of executive reports.​
• Ensuring the availability of reliable and timely information for decision-making and the achievement of project objectives.​
• Monitoring compliance with deliverables, activities, and deadlines for assigned projects.
• Consolidate, validate, and update information from suppliers and internal departments to prepare progress reports.​
• Provide documentation support during meetings by recording agreements, commitments, risks, and deviations.​
• Prepare meeting minutes, executive reports, and follow-up presentations to communicate project results and status.​
• Develop and maintain dashboards, indicators, control tools, and other corporate applications.​
• Conduct follow-up visits to suppliers to verify the implementation of actions previously defined by Supplier Quality specialists.​
• Collect and document objective evidence related to the progress and compliance of supplier actions.​
• Identify, record, and promptly report deviations, non-compliance, or risks detected during follow-up activities.​
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Quality and Purchasing department, contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring, document control, and information management processes.​

REQUIREMENTS

• Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
• At least 6 months of experience in supplier quality
• Knowledge of IATF 16949
• Knowledge of process/product audits
• Basic knowledge of Core Tools (especially APQP and PPAP)​
• Fluent English
• 1 year contract
