This strategic leadership role will help shape the next generation of clinical analytics capabilities across a large, collaborative organization.
You will combine clinical expertise, analytics, education, and strategic thinking to build scalable approaches to clinical insight generation.
The role partners closely with senior pharmacy, consulting, analytics, and financial leaders to create a consistent 360-degree view of clinical needs.
A major focus will be translating complex clinical concepts, therapy trends, and utilization management principles into practical analytical frameworks.
You will also develop pharmacists through targeted education, mentorship, and guidance that strengthens analytical rigor and interpretive consistency.

- Contribute clinical expertise and practical guidance to the design and evolution of next-generation clinical analytics platforms and capabilities.
- Partner with clinical, financial, analytics, consulting, and pharmacy leadership to establish a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on analytics requirements.
- Translate clinical concepts, emerging therapies, specialty drug trends, utilization management principles, and outcome-oriented approaches into repeatable analytical frameworks and specifications.
- Help standardize how clinical insights are developed, validated, interpreted, and communicated across consulting teams while preserving flexibility for client-specific applications.
- Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen pharmacists’ clinical analytics capabilities, analytical rigor, and strategic use of insights.
- Serve as a mentor and trusted resource to pharmacists and clinical professionals, supporting their ongoing development and consistency of practice.
- Advance organizational fluency in specialty pharmaceuticals, medical-pharmacy integration, utilization management, and outcomes-focused clinical analysis.
- Partner with senior clinical strategy leadership to implement a harmonized, enterprise-wide approach to clinical insight development.
- Create shared clinical frameworks, educational resources, methodologies, and internal guidance that enable consistent and scalable consulting practices.
- Bring insights from frontline consulting and clinical experience to inform enterprise strategy, intellectual capital development, and future analytics priorities.
- Extensive clinical and pharmacy expertise with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into practical analytical approaches.
- Strong understanding of clinical analytics, utilization management, specialty drugs, medical-pharmacy integration, and outcomes-oriented healthcare strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop or influence analytical frameworks, methodologies, and standards across multiple teams or business areas.
- Experience educating, mentoring, or developing pharmacists and other clinical professionals, with a strong focus on analytical and interpretive capabilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect clinical insights to broader organizational and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated clinical and analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams spanning clinical, pharmacy, analytics, consulting, and financial functions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in an advisory, developmental, and enterprise-wide role.

- Compensation: Annual salary of approximately $375,000.
