Job Description

Description:

Cenegenics is the global leader in longevity and performance medicine, transforming human health across 5 continents for nearly 30 years. Since 1997, we have been pioneering a new model of healthcare focused on helping people live longer, healthier, and higher-performing lives. We believe the future of medicine is not reactive disease management, it is proactive optimization, prevention, and performance. Our physician-led care model combines advanced diagnostics, precision medicine, data-driven protocols, AI, and personalized coaching to deliver measurable health outcomes beyond what traditional primary or concierge care typically achieves. By integrating nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and medical optimization into a coordinated care experience, we help our members take control of their healthspan and unlock their full potential.

Today, Cenegenics serves patients across a growing global network and is building one of the most recognized brands in longevity medicine. As demand for proactive healthcare continues to accelerate, we are creating the platform, technology, clinical infrastructure, and talent network that will define the next generation of healthcare.

About the Role (Hybrid ~2 days/week)

Cenegenics is seeking a highly organized, creatively capable Marketing Coordinator to help turn marketing plans, center activity, and clinical expertise into polished, on-brand execution. This is a broad, hands-on role combining short-form content creation, social media coordination, center marketing support, collateral management, campaign activation, events, and day-to-day project coordination.

A major part of the role will be capturing the people and stories inside one of our priority centers. You’ll regularly work onsite with physicians, performance health coaches, members, and center leadership to create a steady stream of authentic short-form content. You’ll also help manage publishing, organize marketing resources, fulfill center requests, support events, and keep cross-functional projects moving.

What You Will Do

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Capture and edit high-volume, phone-first vertical content featuring physicians, coaches, members, and the day-to-day center experience. Developing simple hooks, shot lists, and recurring series that make it easy for busy experts to participate on camera.
  • Turn each shoot into multiple publish-ready assets with captions, graphics, and platform-specific formatting; partner with the Brand Content Producer on larger productions.
  • Maintain the social calendar, draft captions, and schedule/publish approved content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, adapting to each channel.
  • Provide real-time coverage of events and activations; monitor engagement and route sensitive responses to the right team member.
  • Track what performs well and recommend more of it. Follow all healthcare privacy, consent, and approval requirements when members or health information are involved.
  • Edit quick-turn videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or comparable platforms.

Center & Campaign Support

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for center marketing requests. Intake, clarify, track, and either fulfill from existing resources or coordinate new development, keeping stakeholders informed through completion.
  • Support new-center openings, physician announcements, and local activations, ensuring materials reflect Cenegenics' premium brand standards.
  • Translate national campaigns into center, sales, and channel-ready toolkits (messaging, social assets, email copy, signage); track deliverables and assist with QA: proofreading, link testing, and brand-compliance checks.

Brand Asset & Project Management

  • Maintain a centralized, version-controlled library of approved collateral, templates, and photography so teams can always find current assets and outdated ones are retired.
  • Keep physician/leadership bios, headshots, and titles current; manage center collateral ordering, inventory, and shipping; coordinate with printers, vendors, and freelancers.
  • Provide light design support in established Canva and PowerPoint templates.
  • Maintain shared calendars, trackers, and request queues; schedule meetings, capture action items, and follow up with owners to keep work moving.
  • VP of Marketing support, formatting/QC on executive, internal, and board presentations
  • Support the customization of approved materials for enterprise prospects, referral partners, and strategic opportunities.

Event Support

  • Support planning and execution of center events, webinars, and activations. Coordinating registration, vendors, signage, collateral, and timelines.
  • Provide onsite support and content capture at select events; coordinate post-event lead handoff, follow-up, and recaps.
Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table

  • As a content creator, you recognize interesting moments, know how to frame a story, and are comfortable pulling out your phone or camera to capture them.
  • You are highly organized and can manage multiple requests, deadlines, assets, and stakeholders without losing track of the details.
  • You write clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and work professionally with physicians, executives, members, salespeople, vendors, and center teams.
  • You can help a busy physician or non-professional speaker deliver a natural, concise take on camera.
  • You notice an outdated title, incorrect logo, broken link, missing attachment, or formatting inconsistency before it becomes a problem.
  • When you take ownership of something, others trust that it will be completed—or that they’ll receive a clear and timely update.
  • As a brand steward you understand the importance of consistency and can help others follow brand standards diplomatically.
  • You are resourceful and look for existing solutions, solve straightforward problems independently, and know when to ask for help.
  • You can move from filming a physician interview to preparing event materials, updating a bio, scheduling a social post, or organizing a presentation.
  • You want broad exposure to a modern marketing organization and are excited to develop new capabilities over time.

Preferred Background:

  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, events, or project coordination. Relevant internships and strong hands-on portfolio work will be considered.
  • A portfolio, social channel, or collection of examples demonstrating short-form content you personally filmed, edited, or published.
  • Comfortable capturing professional-looking content using a smartphone or lightweight camera, microphones, and basic lighting.
  • Working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or comparable creative tools.
  • Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, framing, captions, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, and project-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Comfortable creating and updating template-based materials in Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, social scheduling tools, or project-management platforms is helpful but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, luxury, hospitality, or another high-touch service environment is a plus.
  • Able to work regularly from a designated Cenegenics center while collaborating with a primarily remote Marketing team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support select events outside standard business hours.
