As a Restaurant Manager, you will help create the daily service moments that turn guests into regulars while developing a team that delivers genuine, polished, and memorable hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, including floor management, shift execution, guest recovery, reservations, pacing, and service standards.
- Coach, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to deliver warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence during service and model urgency, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and team-member development.
- Monitor labor, sales, inventory, cash handling, and other operational controls during assigned shifts.
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality food and beverage execution.
- Support special events, promotions, and local community engagement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food-safety, alcohol-service requirements, and sanitation standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally while identifying opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of front-of-house service standards, labor management, guest recovery, and shift operations.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and build positive working relationships.
- Experience with wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
