  • Support meetings and deliverables: Coordinate the preparation and delivery of materials for important client-facing and internal meetings, ensuring content is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
  • Support quality management: Assist with quality-management activities when workload exceeds existing team capacity, helping maintain consistent standards across program deliverables.
  • Coordinate accessibility compliance: Work with stakeholders to process, track, and obtain Section 508 accessibility verification for program management materials.
  • Provide administrative and content support: Develop ad hoc content and provide administrative assistance to the program management team as priorities evolve.
  • Track program activities: Document, monitor, and update multiple program-management activities and tasks while following up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
  • Respond to evolving needs: Support ad hoc management requests and internal administrative functions, using strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage competing deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
  • Business writing: Ability to produce clear, professional, and well-organized program documentation and business communications.
  • Organization and prioritization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and requests simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and contribute to shared program objectives.
  • Quality orientation: Demonstrated ability to review materials carefully, identify issues, and support consistent quality standards.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable handling ad hoc requests, shifting priorities, and a range of administrative and program-support responsibilities.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare materials for both internal and client-facing audiences.
  • Self-direction: A proactive, dependable approach with the ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
Benefits
  • Salary range: $70,658–$81,256 per year, with actual compensation determined by experience, geographic location, and applicable contractual requirements.
  • Fully remote work with a flexible work environment.
  • Full-flex work weeks where possible, supporting work-life balance.
  • Multiple medical plan options, including plans with Health Savings Accounts.
  • Dental and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching and pre-tax and post-tax contribution options.
  • Paid time off covering vacation, sick, and personal leave.
  • Approximately 15 days of paid leave per calendar year for eligible new employees, prorated based on hire date.
  • 10 paid holidays annually, with applicable prorating based on hire date.
  • Paid parental, military, bereavement, and jury-duty leave.
  • Up to 160 hours of paid family leave during a rolling 12-month period for eligible employees.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
