GENERAL SUMMARY
The Director of Analytics and Advisory services is responsible for growing BVC revenue in analytics and advisory services and creating desired impacts for stakeholders. This role focuses on developing and nurturing key customer relationships and delivering high-impact consulting services to select clients. They will also lead a team of BVC account managers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate leadership roles and a proven track record of delivering consulting services in leadership, culture, and/or strategy. Success in this role requires the ability to engage directly with C-suite and senior-level executives, offering strategic insights and tailored advisory support.
As part of a global, multicultural, and virtual work environment, the Director will collaborate and partner with professionals across multiple time zones, demonstrating adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills. This role demands strategic vision, client-centric leadership, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Executive Team to define and execute strategies that enable BVC to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing key stakeholders to drive growth.
- Consulting Delivery: Directly lead and deliver consulting engagements for select BVC clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of BVC Account Managers who support BVC Network Consultants with their ongoing analytics projects. This role prioritizes both stakeholders satisfaction and employee development, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality assessment delivery, account growth, and team growth.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development within the team.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, represent BVC at PR opportunities, and respond to leads and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Revenue & Strategy Planning: Develop and maintain annual revenue goals and the strategies required to achieve them.
- Onboarding Support: Oversee the orientation of newly certified BVC Network Consultants through the Account Management team.
- Program Facilitation: Serve as a key facilitator in the Transforming Organizations Certification Program, supporting knowledge transfer and capacity
COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT
- CEO Partnership: Align on objectives, KPIs, OKRs, and overall strategies.
- Operational Effectiveness: Collaborate on system enhancements and product improvements.
- Marketing Alignment: Support and coordinate marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Financial Coordination: Work with Finance on budget planning and revenue projections.
- Executive Team Engagement: Actively participate in virtual and in-person Executive Team meetings.
- Information Sharing: Communicate relevant updates to staff to promote a unified "One BVC" culture.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Contribute to cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration across departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: A university degree is required; a postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of combined experience as a Corporate Executive and Business Consultant, with a focus on Leadership and Culture.
- Certification: BVC Certified Consultant or willingness to obtain certification.
- Client Focus: Strong customer-centric orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively across diverse global cultures.
- Leadership Style: Goal-oriented and people-focused executive with a passion for driving results and fostering relationships.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position manages or relates to direct reports and needs to work with internal/external teams of different accreditations to deliver services to customers and difference-makers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates mostly virtual, and with in-person work in different world regions. The organisation operates at a global level, so the executive needs to be open to travel world-wide.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time salaried position in compliance with Barrett Values Centre’s internal policy on Time Off.
TRAVEL
Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel will be expected. The position is primarily work from home.
