Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Consultants (BCs) to join our team. As
a Behavior Consultant, you will design and oversee individualized behavioral treatment
programs that make a measurable difference in children’s lives. You’ll collaborate with
families, supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and receive paid supervision
and mentorship from BCBA staff to enhance your professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor BHTs to strengthen their therapeutic, crisis prevention, and behavior management skills.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and caregivers to ensure consistent support and progress.
- Provide training in evidence-based behavioral strategies to caregivers and staff.
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation in our EHR system (Central Reach).
- Coordinate with administrative and clinical teams to manage treatment goals and address any emergencies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of child development, behavioral principles, and mental health diagnoses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong observational and analytical abilities to track and evaluate treatment progress.
- Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Salary:
- Unlicensed Behavior Consultant: $50-$65/hour based on experience
- Licensed Behavior Consultant: $75 - $90/hour based on experience

Requirements:- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Current Pennsylvania clearances: Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
- Recent physical exam confirming good health and a negative TB test.
