Collateral Duty Opportunity: DOT Certified Shuttle Driver

To become DOT certified, team members must successfully complete all required DOT qualifications, including:
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- DOT Medical Certification
- Pass a DOT Drug Screening
- Provide 3 years of employment history
- Must be 21 years of age or older
