YOUR ROLE AS A LEAD FLOAT CAREGIVER

You’ll do more than assist, as a Lead Caregiver, you’ll bring companionship, dignity, and joy to seniors in your community.

Responsibilities may include:

- Maintain the most comprehensive levels of training to serve and support all Client service levels needed

- Must commit to working at least 39 hours weekly, being assigned to any shifts type, and serving multiple Clients of all service types - including last minute needs

- Must have advanced skills in all areas of Caregiving - mobility assistance, medication management, Nurse-delegated tasks, Alzheimers and Dementia care, etc

- Must have reliable and fully insured transportation

OUR SERVICE AREA

Work with Clients in your own community!

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Springfield, Albany, Oakridge, Veneta, Florence, Roseburg, Sutherlin, Junction City, Mapleton, Sweet Home, Brownsville and Cottage Grove.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- 18+ years old

- Compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver

- Able to pass a background check

- Willing to assist with personal care

- Experience as a Disability Personal Support Worker, in Assisted Living, or Community Care preferred

- Reliable, insured transportation required

- Willing to travel up to 30 miles one way

- CNA Certification a plus

- Bilingual a plus

- Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
