Forms Specialist Position Summary

The Forms Specialist at TidalHealth plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Print Shop. This includes printing, bindery, fulfilling orders, delivering printed materials, and maintaining accurate records for internal billing and usage tracking. The Specialist maintains appropriate inventory levels, both in storage and at point-of-use, and ensures the forms inventory system is current and well-organized. This position requires regular communication and coordination with vendors for material procurement, service requests, and delivery logistics. The Forms Specialist is proactive, takes initiative to improve processes, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential, as the role involves working closely with departments across the organization to meet their printing and forms needs efficiently and professionally.

Forms Specialist Position Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

• Experience on operation of high-volume copiers.

• Knowledge of post-press production equipment operation including drills, cutters and folders preferred.

• Knowledge of PC and Microsoft platform, including Excel is required.

• Knowledge of Adobe Professional is preferred.

Forms Specialist Work Schedule

• Day shift – Monday through Friday.
• Holidays or weekends as needed.
• Occasional overtime may be required.

Forms Specialist Benefits

• At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
