Help Build a New Wellness Experience

ACME Athletics is launching ACME Revive, a new spa and wellness experience in Clarksville focused on relaxation, recovery, and personalized guest care.

We are seeking a Tennessee Licensed Massage Therapist who is excited to join a new facility, help shape an elevated spa environment, and build lasting relationships with guests. This is an opportunity to grow alongside a new wellness space while delivering professional massage services in a beautiful, guest-centered setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized massage services based on each guest’s goals and comfort
• Create a relaxing, safe, and welcoming treatment experience
• Review intake information, consent, and relevant precautions before each session
• Maintain appropriate draping, privacy, and professional boundaries
• Begin and end appointments on time
• Complete required session documentation
• Keep the treatment room clean, serene, stocked, and ready
• Support natural rebooking and long-term guest relationships
• Communicate concerns or services outside your professional scope appropriately
• Collaborate with the Revive team to help establish a strong new spa experience

What You’ll Need

• Active Tennessee massage therapist license in good standing
• Current CPR/AED certification by the start date
• Strong massage, hospitality, and guest-care skills
• Professional communication and respect for consent, privacy, and boundaries
• Ability to provide required education and licensing documentation
• Willingness to complete credential verification and a background check, consistent with applicable law
• Professional liability insurance if required by the final role structure

Preferred Experience

• Spa, resort, wellness, fitness, clinical, or other professional massage experience
• Interest in helping launch and grow a new spa and wellness facility
• An established clientele is welcome but not required
• Confidence building guest relationships and encouraging appropriate rebooking

Schedule and Compensation

This is an appointment-based position. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Compensation ranges from $30–$50 per completed session, based on relevant experience and established clientele.
