Licensed Massage Therapist

ACME Athletics is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide safe, professional, member-centered massage services through ACME Revive. This role delivers a premium experience through clear communication, informed consent, appropriate documentation, professional boundaries, and consistent treatment-room readiness.

What You'll Do

• Review intake information, service goals, consent, and contraindications before each appointment.
• Provide massage services only within verified licensure, training, and approved ACME protocols.
• Explain services clearly without diagnosing, prescribing, or guaranteeing outcomes.
• Maintain privacy, appropriate draping, professional boundaries, and member comfort throughout each service.
• Document sessions and member concerns according to approved procedures.
• Start and finish appointments on time; sanitize, reset, and restock the treatment room after every service.
• Maintain linens, supplies, sanitation, equipment, and room readiness.
• Support appropriate rebooking without high-pressure selling.
• Stop service and escalate injuries, adverse reactions, safety concerns, or scope-of-practice questions.

What You'll Need

• Active Tennessee massage therapist license in good standing, maintained throughout employment.
• Current CPR/AED certification by the start date.
• Ability to provide proof of education, licensure, and any other credentials required for the services performed.
• Willingness to complete credential verification and a background check, consistent with applicable law.
• Strong hospitality, communication, consent, privacy, draping, and professional-boundary practices.
• Professional liability insurance, if required by the final employment classification or ACME service structure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience serving clients in a fitness, wellness, clinical, spa, or comparable professional setting.
• An established clientele that may follow you to a new practice location is welcome but not required.

Schedule and Compensation

This is an appointment-based role. Evening and weekend availability is preferred. Compensation starts at $30-$50 per session, based on relevant experience and established clientele.
