Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality products? We're looking for a Production Filler Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling equipment to ensure products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring food safety, quality, and production standards are met.

✅ Set Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:15 AM
✅ Starting Pay: $23.00/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential, Eligible for Monthly Bonus, Annual Merit Increases, and Pay-for-Skill Program

• Set up, operate, and monitor filling equipment according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Verify fill weights, measurements, and product quality throughout the production process.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet production goals and efficiency targets.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, food production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
