Description:

Hill Holliday is seeking a motivated and creative intern to join our Creative Department. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple creative disciplines, including content creation, copywriting, design, branding, social media, and campaign development. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, visual communication, and innovative marketing and is eager to contribute to impactful creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the creative team in developing and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Support content creation for digital, social media, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
  • Help develop creative concepts, presentations, mood boards, and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and content creators on various projects.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and emerging creative practices.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Organize and manage creative assets, project files, and content calendars.
  • Proofread and review creative materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools.
  • Basic knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, or design abilities.
  • Familiarity with photography, video editing, or motion graphics.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative projects, content, writing, or design work.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in branding, content creation, advertising, and creative strategy.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
