Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in digital platforms, website enhancements, or custom builds in consulting or enterprise settings
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, user story writing, and process mapping
  • Experience working with composable or headless CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting QA processes, test case design, and system validation
  • Familiarity with digital ecosystem tools such as CRM, CDP, DAM, or custom application development is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Benefits:

  • Fully remote position within the United States (EST working hours)

  • Unlimited PTO policy
