As a Contracts Manager focused on medical imaging operations, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product Management, and Operations teams to drive efficient contract execution while minimizing business risk. You will play a key role in improving workflows, standardizing processes, and ensuring compliance across vendor and customer agreements. - Manage the full contract lifecycle for vendor and customer agreements, including intake, drafting coordination, redlining, negotiation support, approvals, execution, renewals, and record maintenance.
- Review, interpret, and summarize legal and commercial agreements to identify risks, obligations, inconsistencies, and required revisions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and corporate policies.
- Support contract governance activities, audit readiness initiatives, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal and operational teams.
- Maintain organized contract repositories, version control systems, and document retention processes to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on standardizing workflows, reducing turnaround times, and strengthening approval consistency.
- Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve contract-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Track and report contract metrics, workflow performance, and stakeholder requests while ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare industry regulations, including FDA requirements, ISO standards, and internal quality policies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, legal studies, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing contracts and contract workflows, including vendor, customer, SaaS, or technology agreements.
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and explain legal and contractual language in a practical business context.
- Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating agreements; paralegal experience is considered a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and process management capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate risk positions and process rationale clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and contract management platforms such as DocuSign or Pramata.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive action plans independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry environments is highly desirable.
