RN Infection Preventionist & Quality Assurance Coordinator in Ocean Springs, Mississippi at Sunplex Subacute Center

Sunplex Subacute Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Infection Prevention Registered Nurse (QA/IP RN) to join our team!

In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) will help ensure quality resident care, maintain compliance standards, and support infection prevention initiatives throughout the facility.

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring infection prevention and control practices
• Conducting audits and quality assurance reviews
• Assisting with compliance and survey preparedness
• Educating staff on policies and procedures
• Tracking and reporting quality measures
