Travis Club is an exclusive private golf community being created on the shores of Lake Travis just outside Austin, Texas. The club will feature a championship golf course designed by Beau Welling alongside a full collection of luxury amenities including water recreation, wellness, racquet sports, and an inspired Golf House environment. The club experience is centered around exceptional hospitality, personalized service, meaningful relationships, and a genuine connection with our members.

The Golf Services Team serves as the first and last impression of the golf experience, delivering exceptional, personalized service to members and guests. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, seamless, and elevated environment across all outdoor golf operations. Team members anticipate needs, build relationships through recognition and consistency, and execute daily responsibilities with attention to detail that reflects the standards of a premier private club.

Essential Functions

• Provides a warm, professional greeting upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
• Assists with valet services, including safe and efficient parking and retrieval of member and guest vehicles.
• Manages bag drop operations, including handling, staging, and storage of golf bags with care and organization.
• Prepares and maintains golf carts to club standards, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and presentation at all times.
• Maintains the practice facility, including range setup, ball management, cleanliness, and continuous replenishment of amenities.
• Cleans and maintains member golf clubs before and after play to ensure a premium experience.
• Anticipates and assists with on-course needs, including communication with the golf team to enhance pace and service.
• Develops familiarity with member names, preferences, and routines to deliver a personalized experience.
• Communicates effectively with the Golf Shop, fellow Golf Services Staff, and Golf Professional Staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of all staging areas, bag room, cart areas, and surrounding facilities.
• Upholds all safety procedures and service standards set by the club.
• Assists with tournaments, events, and daily operations as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This position pays $18.00 per hour

Additional Income: Shared in contribution from golf revenue

Required Education and Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, golf operations, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to serve.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in a private club or high-end hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and basic operations.
• Previous valet or customer service experience.
