The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and confident working in regulated healthcare settings.

  • Associate’s degree (minimum), with 3+ years of experience in laboratory diagnostics, medical technology, or related technical fields.
  • Strong understanding of clinical laboratory environments and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CAP, CLIA, COLA).
  • Experience with chemistry and/or immunoassay systems or similar diagnostic instrumentation.
  • Ability to conduct validation studies, interpret results, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and training skills for engaging laboratory staff and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to work independently in remote and field-based settings.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 95%).
