Description: Key Responsibilities

• Machine & Equipment Maintenance Ensure proper upkeep of all machine tools, equipment, accessories, and utilities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

• Maintenance Planning Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, identify required resources, and execute maintenance activities effectively.

• TPM & 5S Implementation Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S initiatives across the plant to improve reliability, safety, and workplace organization.

• Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of Factory Inspector and ISO standards, maintaining documentation and audit readiness.

• Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency in plant operations.

• Team Coordination Lead and coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Experience : 7 to 9 yrs
