This role offers the opportunity to design meaningful digital experiences that bring parents, coaches, and young athletes together through intuitive and engaging sports technology. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, contributing directly to how communities connect and interact around youth sports. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate user insights and business goals into elegant, high-impact design solutions. This position emphasizes both creativity and systems thinking, with a strong focus on usability, consistency, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in evolving and maintaining a scalable design system while ensuring cohesive product experiences across all touchpoints. - Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with product strategy.
- Conduct user research and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to define product requirements and inform design decisions.
- Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate user flows and interaction concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to refine requirements, validate design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
- Apply a data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Manage multiple design priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality execution and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Partner with marketing design teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across digital product experiences.
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role designing digital products.
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including UX thinking, interaction design, and measurable product impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications; exposure to B2B and/or B2C environments is a plus.
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas, user needs, and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions.
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Solid understanding of technical constraints and ability to evaluate trade-offs between design, feasibility, and performance.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
- Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate quickly while maintaining design quality.
