This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Insights Analyst based in India.
This is a client-facing analytics role focused on transforming complex media and digital data into clear, actionable insights for global clients.
You will work closely with media owners, publishers, advertisers, and agencies across APAC markets to support strategic decision-making.
The role combines data analysis, storytelling, and consultative client engagement in a fully remote environment.
You will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring clients extract maximum value from syndicated data solutions.
Strong collaboration with internal commercial, product, and client service teams will be central to your success.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, presenting insights, and building trusted client relationships.
You will act as a key advisor, helping clients understand performance trends and translate them into business impact.
- Lead the analysis, extraction, and validation of client data to deliver accurate and timely insights for assigned accounts.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other reporting platforms.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, insight-led narratives that support client strategy and decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client reporting, insights delivery, and day-to-day analytical queries.
- Deliver client enablement sessions and training to improve understanding and adoption of data products.
- Manage client documentation, subscriptions, and access while ensuring accurate CRM updates and communication tracking.
- Identify and escalate data or delivery issues while ensuring timely resolution and clear client communication.
- 4–6 years of experience in Client Insights, Client Success, Analytics, Research, or a similar client-facing data role.
- Strong experience in media, publishing, advertising, or digital analytics environments is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and other Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics, audience measurement, and online advertising ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote, client-driven environment.
