  • Oversee the end-to-end AI portfolio, ensuring clear visibility into ownership, sequencing, dependencies, risks, maturity, and value creation across initiatives.
  • Design and manage governance frameworks, operating cadences, and executive forums to enable structured decision-making and consistent portfolio oversight.
  • Support prioritization and investment decisions by synthesizing business, technical, and organizational inputs into clear recommendations.
  • Identify risks, gaps, duplication, and misalignment across the AI ecosystem, proactively driving resolution and improving execution clarity.
  • Act as a central connector across AI, product, engineering, HR, legal, and business teams to strengthen alignment, accountability, and delivery.
  • Develop success metrics, reporting structures, and executive dashboards that track adoption, performance, and AI value realization.
  • Continuously improve operating models, governance processes, and portfolio management practices to increase execution speed and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, chief of staff, program management, transformation, or similar enterprise-scale roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business judgment with the ability to connect high-level vision to execution frameworks and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong program management discipline, including governance, cadence setting, prioritization, and delivery tracking at scale.
  • Experience working closely with data, AI, or technology organizations in a strategic or operational capacity.
  • Excellent communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with strong influencing capability.
  • Ability to operate fluidly between high-level strategy and detailed execution, driving clarity and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complexity, resolve dependencies, and improve organizational alignment.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary aligned with experience and U.S. market benchmarks
  • Performance-based incentives and potential long-term compensation components
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
