This role plays a key part in coordinating conferences, client events, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate enjoys managing details, coordinating logistics, building relationships, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate conference, event, and sponsorship logistics from planning through execution
- Manage registrations, travel arrangements, event materials, vendor coordination, and event timelines
- Support client events, educational programs, and business development activities
- Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded merchandise
- Assist with marketing campaigns, content distribution, and project coordination
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and tracking tools
- Support CRM data management and event-related reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project coordination, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with CRM systems, event platforms, or marketing tools preferred
- Events and conferences are executed professionally and efficiently
- Marketing projects stay organized and on schedule
- Event logistics and vendor relationships are managed proactively
- Marketing materials and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Internal stakeholders feel informed, supported, and prepared for marketing and business development activities
