From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the cruise
• Take accurate food and beverage orders; assist with menu selections and suggestive selling
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally in accordance with service standards
• Maintain polished dining room presentation with properly set and reset tables
• Ensure menus are clean, accurate, and properly placed
• Keep dining rooms, service stations, and public areas organized and guest-ready
• Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and Board of Health standards
• Participate in safety drills and comply with all maritime safety procedures
• Arrive in uniform, complete pre- and post-shift duties, and support other departments as needed
• Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of serving experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven service environment
• Friendly, outgoing personality with enthusiasm for guest interaction
• Ability to safely navigate stairs while carrying service items
• Ability to carry and balance service trays or items up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
• Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours
• Valid Food Handler’s Card preferred (e.g., ServSafe) preferred upon hire, or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire
• Valid Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state-approved equivalent) preferred upon hire or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire
