POSITION TITLE: ERP Systems Engineer I or II (Days 8am - 5pm) On-Site Victor, NY

SHIFT HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm (days)

LOCATION: Onsite at LSI Solutions in Victor, NY

SALARY PAY RANGE: $80,000 to $90,000

JOB SUMMARY: Assists the Enterprise Development & Training Manager with the EnterpriseIQ systems administration functions, continuous improvement initiatives, and new integration projects. The ERP Systems Engineer works collaboratively with other functional areas to support improvements in business process efficiency and decision making through EnterpriseIQ continuous enhancement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ERP Systems Engineer I, II:

  • Support the EnterpriseIQ backup and licensing systems and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent support to the users of the EnterpriseIQ system. Troubleshoot issues and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and enhance the IQAlerts system through routine maintenance and creation of new alert items.
  • Perform routine maintenance and implement controls to enable ongoing data integrity and accurate transactions processing for all functional areas utilizing EnterpriseIQ.
  • Perform regression testing of new versions or functionalities.
  • Maintaining security to ensure appropriate access to functionality as it is limited to users role.
  • Collect and analyze metrics pertaining to system historical data.
  • Develop system maintenance schedules and archive processes to ensure system performance.
  • Work with system users to identify business requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of software validation records and process protocols.
  • On an ongoing basis, explore opportunities for continuous improvement through expanded utilization of the EnterpriseIQ ERP system.
  • Train staff across LSI Solutions in effective and efficient use of EnterpriseIQ.
  • Work collaboratively with the configuration engineering team on all enhancement projects.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain custom Crystal Reports.
  • All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

ERP Systems Engineer I, II:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/IS or similar discipline or 2-4 years supporting/administering business systems (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM, etc.)
  • Problem solving, trouble-shooting and analytical skills.
  • Capable of correctly analyzing user requirements.
  • ERP Software implementation and support.
  • Ability to write Oracle SQL Statements.
  • Ability to create Crystal Reports.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Capable of correctly analyzing and documenting processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Visio.
  • Analytical problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
  • Project Management capability.
