  • Own people analytics and reporting metrics including attrition, engagement, hiring efficiency, productivity, and compensation trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership teams on compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, equity planning, and workforce investment decisions.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with German labor law and international employment practices.
  • Lead HR projects end-to-end, driving process optimization, operational rigor, and scalable people solutions using AI-enabled tools and modern HR systems.
  • Support the continuous evolution of company culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness in a globally distributed environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within high-growth SaaS, technology, or international scale-up environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect people strategies to business performance, financial impact, and operational outcomes.
  • Proven experience coaching managers and senior leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using HRIS platforms, spreadsheet modeling, and people analytics to support strategic decisions.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to improve productivity, reporting, or operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of international employment frameworks, EOR structures, benefits administration, and cross-border HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of German labor law and proven ability to independently manage complex employee relations situations.
  • Experience supporting organizations through rapid scaling and organizational transformation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from home across Europe
  • Opportunities for in-person collaboration through team events, workshops, and office gatherings in Berlin or Stuttgart
  • E-Gym-Wellpass membership support for health and wellbeing activities
  • Job bike leasing program
  • Flexible work arrangements designed to support healthy work-life balance
  • Opportunity to play a key role in the rapid growth of an international technology scale-up
