This role is designed for a senior enterprise sales professional who excels in closing complex, high-value deals within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic enterprise opportunities while also influencing go-to-market execution alongside leadership teams. The position combines hands-on deal ownership with team leadership, requiring you to guide Account Executives through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will also play a key role in shaping sales strategy, improving pipeline efficiency, and optimizing performance using data-driven insights. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and align execution across the revenue organization. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet fast-scaling startup environments and enjoys both closing deals and building scalable sales processes.
- Drive enterprise pipeline generation and close high-value deals, typically $100K+ ARR or more.
- Own and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to contract signature.
- Coach and support Account Executives in executing long and strategic enterprise sales processes.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and optimize go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and deal progression using tools such as Salesforce and Gong.io.
- Collaborate with revenue leadership to define and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes, playbooks, and infrastructure for enterprise growth.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 2+ years in a leadership or deal ownership role.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong experience using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong commercial judgment and execution focus.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams through complex sales cycles.
- Ability to work full-time aligned with Eastern Time (ET) hours.
- Experience selling into marketing, analytics, or data-driven organizations is a plus.
- Background in building enterprise sales playbooks or scaling sales processes in startup environments is an advantage.
- Remote contract role with international exposure.
