- Handle high-volume inbound phone and chat interactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by demonstrating strong problem-solving, ownership, and consultative sales skills.
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, sales conversion, and revenue generation.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Identify, escalate, and report technical, product, or process issues encountered during customer interactions.
- Maintain schedule adherence and productivity standards while managing a fast-paced workflow.
- Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and support overall team performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including basic Excel skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Ability to type at least 40+ WPM for phone interactions and 45+ WPM for chat support.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to perform effectively in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven setting.
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $21.50, with potential range up to $34.36 depending on experience and location.
