About the Role:

The Social Media Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of CrowdStrike’s global social media channels. This role is responsible for helping the social team stay organized, efficient, and aligned across campaigns, launches, and always-on content initiatives.

This person will own and maintain the social media content calendar, manage campaign and content intake workflows, coordinate approvals, and serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and foundational experience in social media coordination, publishing workflows, and project management.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and maintain the social media content calendar across platforms and campaigns

  • Manage incoming social requests, campaign asks, and content intake workflows

  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables with internal stakeholders

  • Help keep social campaigns and projects on track across multiple teams and priorities

  • Support publishing workflows and platform operations

  • Assist with social copy review, tagging, metadata, and asset organization

  • Coordinate with creative, brand, product marketing, comms, events, and regional teams

  • Help manage social reporting requests and campaign tracking

  • Ensure content is properly routed through approval and compliance processes

  • Maintain organization across project management systems and content repositories

  • Support employee advocacy and social amplification initiatives

What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, communications, or related fields

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content workflows

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset

  • Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or B2B marketing is a plus

  • Experience supporting brand or corporate social media accounts

  • Familiarity with social publishing and project management tools

  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
