Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 Per Year


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help lead the kitchen day-to-day alongside the Executive Chef
  • Keep service flowing and standards high during busy shifts
  • Jump on any station when the team needs support
  • Train, coach, and motivate line cooks and prep staff
  • Make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen looks and tastes exactly how it should
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and keeping food costs in check
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and health-code ready at all times
  • Help create a positive, professional kitchen culture where people enjoy coming to work

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of kitchen experience, with some leadership under your belt
  • Strong cooking skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads by example
  • A team player who communicates well and keeps things moving
  • Solid understanding of food safety, organization, and kitchen flow
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish)
